Creamy Vegetable Salad Sandwich
A meatless gourmet sandwich
Yield: 4 sandwiches
Ingredients

(8 ounce) cream cheese, softened

| 1/4 |
cup |
sour cream
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
chopped celery (1 stalk)
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
grated carrot (1 medium carrot)
|
|
|
| 2 |
Tablespoons |
chopped radishes (about 2 radishes)
|
|
|
| 2 |
Tablespoons |
minced green onion (about 6 green onion)
|
|
|
| 1 |
teaspoon |
Worcestershire sauce
|
|
|
| 8 |
slices |
pumpernickel bread
|
|
|
Directions:
In small bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, celery, carrot, radishes, scallions and Worcestershire sauce.
Spread a heaping 1/3 cup on each of 4 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread and slice in half.
